Ingredients

6cl.   Pink 47 gin 6cl
2cl.   Lemon juice 2cl
2cl.   Maraschino liqueur
2cl.   Crème de violette

 

Garnish

Maraschino cherry

 

Preparation

1.  Shake the ingredients with ice
2.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
3.  Add a cherry.

 

Tips

The original recipe demands the crème de violette which gave this cocktail a sky blue colour: try it if you can find it. Shaking is important to impart the hue.
