Ingredients

3cl.  Pink 47 gin
3cl.  Pear juice 
9cl.  Champagne to fill

 

 

Garnish

None

 

 

Preparation

1.  Take a champagne flute
2.  Add the first two ingredients
3.  Top up with champagne
4.  Stir gently and serve

 

Tips

Feel free to adjust pear juice to taste: also good with peach or orange juice. Prosecco or Cava work well if you don’t have champagne.
