2cl. Cherry Brandy
9cl. Fresh orange juice
12cl. Chilled Ginger Beer
So chill the glass first and use plenty of ice to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution.
2. Pour in the first three ingredients
3. Shake vigorously
4. Strain quickly into an ice filled glass
5. Top with ginger beer
6. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange
