INGREDIENTS

6cl.  Pink 47 gin 
2cl.  Lemon juice 
2cl.  Simple syrup 
5cl.  Champagne to fill

GARNISH

Lemon peel

TIPS

Think about something to do with the rest of the Champagne...
Chill the glass first and use plenty of ice to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution.

 

PREPERATION

1.  Shake the first three ingredients with ice

2.  Pour into a champagne flute

3.  Top with champagne and stir gently

4.  Garnish with a lemon peel
