6cl. Pink 47 gin4.5cl. Fresh lime juice
A pinch of superfine sugar
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
GARNISH
Twist of lime peelTIPS
Can be served on crushed ice if preferred.So chill the glass first and use plenty of ice in the tin to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution.
PREPERATION
1. Pour the gin and lime juice into an ice filled glass2. Add the sugar and bitters and stir to combine
3. Twist the lime peel spiral over the drink
