INGREDIENTS6cl. Pink 47 gin
4.5cl. Fresh lime juice
A pinch of superfine sugar
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
GARNISHTwist of lime peel
TIPSCan be served on crushed ice if preferred.
So chill the glass first and use plenty of ice in the tin to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution.
PREPERATION1. Pour the gin and lime juice into an ice filled glass
2. Add the sugar and bitters and stir to combine
3. Twist the lime peel spiral over the drink
