INGREDIENTS6cl. Pink 47 gin
1.5cl. Fresh lime juice
12cl. Ginger beer
TIPSFor a Dragonfly : omit the lime juice, squeezing the lime wedge only
Chill the glass first and use plenty of ice to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution.
PREPERATION1. Fill glass with ice
2. Pour in the gin and lime juice
3. Top ginger beer and stir gently
4. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink
