2cl. Lemon juice
2cl. Simple syrup
5cl. Champagne to fill

Chill the glass first and use plenty of ice to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution.
PREPERATION1. Shake the first three ingredients with ice
2. Pour into a champagne flute
3. Top with champagne and stir gently
